He may have put together 13 compelling seasons in Boston, but the fans don't forget the later years of Roger Clemens career, and for that, they don't believe his claim that he never took performance-enhancing drugs.
Saturday's KGB Question of the Day puts the fans in the same seat as those making the decision in Clemens upcoming court date. Did the pitcher — who spent 24 seasons pitching in the MLB — use PEDs? Clemens has denied this fact every step of the way, and now Congress has indicted him on perjury charges.
Of the fans polled, 67 percent say they do not believe Clemens claim, while 33 percent side with The Rocket saying they do believe him.
