Tyler Seguin Will Skate With Mark Recchi and Blake Wheeler in Montreal The Bruins open up their preseason slate Wednesday night in Montreal, and that game will also officially usher in the Tyler Seguin era.

Seguin is among the players scheduled to play against the Canadiens in the Bell Centre, as the Bruins released their roster for the game late Tuesday night. It will be his first game with the Bruins varsity since being selected with the second overall pick in this year's draft.

He won't be the only Bruin making his debut in Black and Gold, as offseason acquisitions Nathan Horton and Greg Campbell are also slated to play. Seguin will also be joined by fellow youngsters Jordan Caron, Max Sauve, Ryan Spooner and Matt Bartkowski.

Among the veterans scheduled to play are Patrice Bergeron, Mark Recchi, Blake Wheeler, Johnny Boychuk, Dennis Seidenberg and Tuukka Rask. Recchi let it slip during Tuesday's State of the Bruins Town Hall Meeting that he will be skating on a line with Seguin and Wheeler.

The Canadiens will counter with a couple of their top prospects as well, including defenseman Jarred Tinordi, a 2010 first-round pick and son of longtime NHL blueliner Mark Tinordi, and Louis Leblanc, a 2009 first-rounder who attended Harvard last year.

Veterans scheduled to play for Montreal include former Bruin Hal Gill, Tomas Plekanec, Michael Cammalleri and Carey Price.
