Brett Favre's Alleged Nude Pictures Sent to Jenn Sterger Not First Athlete Mishap Brett Favre may or may not have tried to start a relationship with Jenn Sterger back in 2008, and the ol’ gunslinger may have even sent some photos of some stuff that the world shouldn’t really be seeing. As a result, the world is kind of flipping out.

Deadspin.com posted a video Thursday that featured some voicemail messages from Favre, as well as MySpace messages and some cell phone photos that are allegedly of his, well, his reproductive organ.

When asked about the alleged relationship on Thursday, Favre wasn’t interested in addressing it.

“No, I’m not getting into that,” Favre said. “I’ve got my hands full with the Jets. … So that’s all I’m going to discuss.”

While he didn’t say much about the allegations, the story was at least raised in a public forum. As a result, it’s led to national coverage and speculation on the photos in question.

While the story is at the very least embarrassing for Favre (by all accounts, the voice in the video sounds exactly like Favre’s) and potentially damaging to his marriage, it’s just the latest chapter in a long list of athletes getting caught with their pants down. Well, allegedly at least.

In just the past few years, we’ve seen nude photos leaked on the Internet of:

  • Dallas Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett
  • Cleveland Indians outfielder Grady Sizemore
  • Portland Trailblazers big man Greg Oden
  • Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Jeff Reed
  • Patriots rookie linebacker Brandon Spikes
  • Former Steelers wide receiver and current Jet Santonio Holmes

And those are just the bigger names. It all makes you wonder two things. First, you’d think millionaire, professional athletes would be able to find women the old-fashioned way. More pressing, though, you’d think they’d be able to afford nicer cameras.
