Most people shudder when they hear the word calorie, and view food as the enemy. Sports dietician, Nancy Clark, is setting out to quash that misconception. She preaches the importance of a healthy diet and serves as an official dietician for Boston’s top athletes.
After starting her Boston career advising the diet of Celtics’ legend Larry Bird, Clark was then sought out by the Red Sox. She helped the players find healthy options after the game, rather than choosing fast food and other unhealthy choices that are easily available late at night.
