Who Are the Best Linemates for Tyler Seguin? There weren’t many question marks surrounding Tyler Seguin‘s potential heading into the draft and throughout preseason.

But one question will likely be resurfacing all season long for the B’s No. 2 overall draft pick.

And that is: Who are the best linemates for Seguin?

Seguin served as the Black and Gold’s third-line center in both contests in Prague, but he saw different wing pairings in each of his first two NHL contests.

In the opener, Seguin had Mark Recchi and Michael Ryder as wingers, but Recchi moved up to the second line for Game 2, and Blake Wheeler replaced him on Seguin’s left for his second contest, in which he netted his first career goal.

Seguin is practically guaranteed to serve as the third-line center until Marc Savard returns to the lineup. But until then, which wingers would you like to see surrounding the rookie? Some fans cringed at the thought of Ryder and Paille “protecting” Seguin, as they would have rather see Milan Lucic — or someone with at least one career NHL fight under his belt — out there flanking the prized 18-year-old center.

Who do you think are the best wingers for Seguin?
