Should Logan Mankins Start Right Away? There could be a changing of the guards in New England this week — but should there be?

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, holdout guard Logan Mankins will report to the Patriots on Tuesday where the Pro Bowler will sign his tender effectively ending a holdout that began this past summer.

He could be activated to play by as early as this Sunday against the Browns.

But the Pats are 6-1 and have the best record in the NFL without him. Dan Connolly (and Ryan Wendell, who filled in for a benched Connolly during the second half in San Diego) have combined to do an admirable job for Mankins. The offensive line has surrendered 12 sacks through seven games, and the offense is ranked 13th in rushing yards with a pair of undrafted free agents carrying the load in BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Danny Woodhead.

Mankins started every game for the Pats since being drafted 32nd overall in the 2005 draft until this year's holdout. Should he get the start this weekend in Cleveland or should the Pats keep Connolly in and give Mankins more time to get into game shape?
