Red Sox tickets may be a hot commodity in Boston, but owners Tom Werner and Larry Lucchino are stressing that there are still thousands of tickets available for anyone who wants them.
Lucchino even went on to say that there are tickets available for virtually any game on the schedule in the upcoming season.
One of the primary goals of the Red Sox owners — who took over in 2002 — was to improve the viewing experience at Fenway, and to make tickets available to any fan that wants one in the Red Sox' fan community.
"We have several hundred thousand tickets out there to be purchased," Lucchino said. "Now is the time to buy them."
