Kris Versteeg Gets Good Shot on Mark Recchi in Flyers-Bruins Showdown Kris Versteeg was drafted by the Bruins. He’s also spent time with the Maple Leafs. Now, he plays for the Flyers. Simply put, he knows a thing or two about rivalries including the Bruins.

He infused himself into the Bruins-Flyers rivalry on Sunday night when he lined up Mark Recchi and delivered a strong check. Versteeg threw so much into the check that he ended up crashing to the ice along with Recchi.
