BenJarvus Green-Ellis Agreed to One-Year Contract, While Albert Haynesworth, Chad Ochocinco Have Yet to Restructure Deals FOXBORO, Mass. — Running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis only inked a one-year contract with the Patriots, meaning he'll be an unrestricted free agent after the 2011 season.

Green-Ellis' base salary is worth $1.835 million this season, according to NFLPA documents.

There are some other interesting contractual notes regarding the Patriots, too. Most notably, defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth and wide receiver Chad Ochocinco did not restructure their contracts after being acquired last week by New England.

Ochocinco will earn a base salary of $6 million in 2011, and he'll be a free agent in 2012. Haynesworth's base salaries are worth $5.4 million in 2011, $6.7 million in 2012, $8.5 million in 2013 and $10.3 million in 2014. That's a total of $30.9 million in base salaries over the next four seasons.

Reports indicated Ochocinco and Haynesworth had each agreed to restructure their deals. Ochocinco would sign a three-year contract, and Haynesworth would agree to a two-year, team-friendly deal for two seasons. As of Friday night, though, that had not yet happened.

Because they didn't restructure their contracts, they were able to participate in practice immediately, as opposed to having to wait until Thursday for the 2011 league year to begin. They could still restructure their contracts at any point.

Running back Kevin Faulk also signed a one-year contract with a base salary worth $910,000.
