Dustin Pedroia has had an autographed Ric Flair robe hanging over his locker for months, and now he has an authentic championship belt to go with it.
The 16-time wrestling champion paid a visit to the Red Sox clubhouse prior to Tuesday night's game against the Orioles, at which point he wasted no time finding the Red Sox second baseman.
Pedroia teamed with Josh Reddick to purchase the robe a few months ago. Neither ever imagined Flair would soon grace them with his presence, though.
When Pedroia and Flair finally did meet on Tuesday, they exchanged "woos," which has been Flair's trademark phrase throughout his long, ilustrious wrestling career.
Watch the two champions meet in the video above.
