Bobby Valentine Could Be Red Sox’ Biggest Offseason Addition, As Skipper Will Change Clubhouse Dynamic

The Red Sox have had a busy offseason, which started with promoting Ben Cherington to general manager and naming Bobby Valentine as the team's new skipper.

Even though the Sox made some on-field changes as well, The Boston Globe's Nick Cafardo thinks the managerial switch has been the team's biggest offseason move, as it could change the entire dynamic of Boston's clubhouse.
