Josh Beckett hung in Sunday's game as long as he could, but his 126 pitches into the seventh inning weren’t enough against a Chicago team that nearly held the Red Sox scoreless.
Still, with Beckett's loss the only defeat in the seven-game swing through Minnesota and Chicago, the pitcher was upbeat about how the Red Sox fared.
Beckett fell to 2-3 on the season but had a strong performance overall, allowing just three earned runs on six hits. He struck out eight.
Beckett gives his view on the loss and how Boston did on the road trip overall during Clubhouse Uncut.
