Josh Beckett's outing Thursday night was anything but satisfying.
The Red Sox starter struggled through 2 1/3 innings of work before being pulled in Boston's 8-3 loss. Beckett has stirred up some controversy over the past week or so, primarily surrounding his recent golf outing.
