There's no question that the Celtics took off in the third quarter against the Sixers, scoring 28 points as Brandon Bass led the way with a career night on offense.
But that was only half of the story. The Celtics also found their defensive mojo at the break, and although the work on the defensive end may not have been as evident as Boston's offensive explosion, that's what Ray Allen says keyed the C's in Monday night's 101-85 win.
Allen pointed out what made the difference in the third quarter for the Celtics. He also talked about how Bass and Kevin Garnett have had to come up big in the series as the Sixers focus on Paul Pierce and himself. See what he had tosay in the video above.
