The Celtics' MVP hasn't played one minute this season. But he has been a busy man.
Doc Rivers spoke highly of head trainer Ed Lacerte before the Celtics took on the Heat in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Thursday, saying that Lacerte is widely considered the team's MVP throughout the Boston locker room.
