150,000 Free Condoms to Be Distributed to Athletes at Summer Olympics in LondonApparently sex and the Olympics go hand-in-hand.

Each competitor at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London will receive 15 free condoms, the Daily Mirror reports. With 10,000 athletes competing, that makes 150,000 free condoms.

Durex appears to be the official condom sponsor of the Olympic games. The Daily Mirror says that if the athletes make use of the free contraceptives and actually use more than the 15 they are given, more can be provided.

U.S. Women's soccer goalie Hope Solo told the Daily Mirror: "There's a lot of sex going on at the Olympics."

And Solo isn't excusing herself from the rumors.

"I may have snuck a celebrity into my Beijing room without anybody knowing and snuck him back out. But that's my Olympic secret," Solo added.

The 150,000 free condoms is a record for the Olympics.
