Miami Dolphins Considering Logo Change for 2013 Season (Photo)The professional sports teams in Miami seem to be constantly concerned with bringing attention to their brands.

The Heat turned the city upside down in 2010, adding LeBron James and Chris Bosh, the Marlins moved to Miami with new uniforms and a stadium equipped with plenty of bells and whistles last year, and now the Dolphins are considering a logo change for the 2013 season, according to Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post.

The Dolphins are rumored to be considering a logo that pays homage to the roots of the original Dolphins Stadium logo. With Nike now in charge of uniforms league-wide, Miami may be able to spruce up its jerseys as well.

The team has until November to decide on tweaks, but Dolphins CEO Mike Dee said the changes won't be too drastic.
