Patriots Know Onus is on Offense After Lackluster Showing Against Saints to Open Preseason (Video)

The Patriots aren't happy with their offense — that's a bit of a surprise.

In a game featuring two of the NFL's most high-powered offenses, and two of its all-time great quarterbacks, suffice to say a 7-6 victory is not the way New England probably envisioned their preseason opener against the New Orleans Saints to pan out. Granted, it was just the preseason and a good chunk of the Pats' offensive line was missing, but head coach Bill Belichick and the players still sounded like they expected much more in their comments since.

Getting ready to take on the Eagles in their second tuneup match, however, the Patriots don't seem to worried, believing that their gameplan and practice work will iron out all that may ail them.

Watch the video above for Tom Brady, Wes Welker and Belichick's takes on the offense.
