With news of Andy Pettitte pitching a simulated game today, Pete Abraham, Dennis Eckersley and Peter Gammons sat down with Tom Caron to talk about how Pettitte will be able pitch in the postseason coming back so soon from injury. Pettitte expects to be back on the field next week without making any rehab starts.

Ivan Nova is also expected to be back from injury this Saturday to start against the Rays.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
