Magic From 2004 Red Sox Visits Fenway Park, But Team Could Use Players From Back Then (Video)

The Red Sox won the World Series in 2004 in what was a magical season for the team, the fan base and the ballpark.

As Fenway Park bids adieu to the 2012 version of the team, members of the World Series-winning squad eight years ago visited Fenway in a celebration of what was. The caveat being, of course, that this year's squad had not enjoyed that same success.

NESN Nation's Dan Duquette canvassed our Twitter followers to ask which member of the 2004 squad could have had the biggest impact on this year's team, if they had been transported to our current day. Check out some of the answers in the above video.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
