Rays ‘Walk, Don’t Run’ to Victory Thanks to Struggles of Boston’s Pitching Staff (Video)

Walking hitters is never a good idea, and doing it a double-digit number of times is even worse.

Red Sox pitchers walked a whopping 10 batters on Wednesday night, paving the way for a blowout loss to Tampa Bay. Of course, some sloppy plays in the field and on the basepaths didn't help either.

At least Scott Atchison was able to escape unscathed, tossing 1 2/3 innings of scoreless (and walk-less) baseball en route to a 13-3 Rays win.
