Dustin Pedroia’s Gutsy Decision to Play Through Pain Serves as Perfect Motivation for Red Sox to Keep Fighting (Video)

Two games. That's what the Red Sox season has come down to. Two games left against the New York Yankees.

For the Sox, they might not mean a whole heck of a lot. But for Dustin Pedroia, they appear to mean enough. The second baseman is refusing to sit out the season's final games despite a broken finger, and hopefully the rest of the Sox follow his lead.

NESN Nation's Dan Duquette is hoping to see some inspired play from everybody out there tonight. See the above video for an explanation of why.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
