The Indianapolis Colts are not only exceeding expectations, but they’re doing so in the face of adversity.

Chuck Pagano‘s battle with cancer could have sent the team into a tailspin, but the Colts have instead rallied around their charismatic coach and now sit at 5-3. Perhaps it’s time to start giving them the recognition they deserve.

Indy’s success has been fueled by rookie quarterback Andrew Luck, who is already showing off the skill set and leadership that made him the No. 1 overall pick in the last NFL draft. Many assumed the future was bright in Indy following that selection, but we’re suddenly learning that the present isn’t so bad either.
