John Farrell and the Red Sox have plenty of work ahead of them this offseason, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have time for the more important things in life.
Farrell and other members of the Sox front office spent the day on Tuesday helping out with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts in New Jersey. While there, Farrell even came across one of his old baseball cards, which prompted the Sox’ skipper to leave a note for the owner.
