The Red Sox’ offense is starting to take form after the additions of Mike Napoli and Shane Victorino. Now Boston will try to bolster the front end of its pitching rotation.
The Red Sox’ lack of pitching was at the center of their 93-loss campaign in 2012, and adding good pitching will be key in bringing about a successful 2013 season. While Boston will not get Zack Greinke or Ryan Dempster, pitchers like Kyle Lohse and Anibal Sanchez are still waiting for their number to be called.
