Jerry Remy, Don Orsillo and Jenny Dell Help Answer Phones at Comcast During Stop on NESN Tour (Video)

“Thank you for calling Comcast, this is NESN’s Jerry Remy … also known as the RemDawg.”

Calling customer service can be a nightmare at times, but when a friendly voice like the RemDawg, Don Orsillo or Jenny Dell picks up the other line, it might not be so bad. The NESN crew stopped by Comcast offices in Connecticut on Wednesday, where they helped answer phones and lend some technical support.

Check out the video above for some highlights of the stop on the NESN Tour, including one call where Jenny does her best to dissuade a customer from discontinuing their sports package.
