Claude Julien-coached teams have traditionally been known for their ability put pucks in the net no matter which line is on the ice. That sort of balanced attack has been absent from this year’s Bruins squad, though, and the B’s will need to drum up some production from the third and fourth lines if they want to break out of their recent funk.
“When we’re successful, when we’re at our best, we have all 20 guys going at the same time.” Bruins winger Milan Lucic said prior to Sunday night’s game in Buffalo. “I think that right now is what we’re trying to create in our game, and trying to create some excitement in our game, as well. It’s up to us as players to do that.”
