Fenway Park Recognizes First Responders, Law Enforcement, City Officials Before Red Sox-Royals Game (Video)

The Red Sox had no shortage of ways to honor the heroes of the week during Saturday’s Red Sox-Royals game at Fenway Park, the first game in Boston for the Red Sox since Monday’s events.

Both the Red Sox and Royals took the field as various heroes from throughout the week were honored. The park also observed a moment of silence for those who lost their lives at the Boston Marathon on Monday.

Check out the tributes in the video above.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
