Stephen Drew played a big role in the Red Sox’ 7-5 win over Toronto on Friday, but he wasn’t around for the end of it.
After tripling in the second inning, Drew doubled off the center-field wall in the sixth. He limped into second base, though, and had to leave the game with what was later diagnosed as hamstring tightness.
