Loui Eriksson returned to the Boston Bruins’ lineup in Saturday night’s 1-0 win over the San Jose Sharks, more than a month after he suffered his second concussion of the season.
With Reilly Smith playing exceptionally well on the Bruins’ second line, Eriksson found a new home with Carl Soderberg and Ryan Spooner on the third line. Eriksson will skate alongside them once again Tuesday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs, and although they’ve only played one game together, the Bruins forward likes what he sees from his new “speedy” line.
