Bruins Prepare For First Playoff Series Against Red Wings Since 1957 (Video)

The Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings will meet in the Stanley Cup playoffs for the first time since 1957 when the two Original Six teams play Game 1 of their first-round series on Friday.

Even though the Red Wings barely made the postseason as the second wild card team, their roster is full of talented players and championship experience. One player in particular, 24-year-old winger Gustav Nyquist, led the NHL in goals scored after Jan. 20.
