Clay Buchholz Makes Start On Anniversary Of Doctoring Allegations (Video)

It’s been one year since Boston Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz was accused of doctoring a baseball by two Toronto sportscasters, and the right-hander gets the start Saturday against the Blue Jays at an interesting time.

Earlier in the week, New York Yankees pitcher Michael Pineda was suspended 10 games for using pine tar during a game against the Red Sox, and insider Peter Abraham joined “Red Sox GamedayLIVE” to talk about the implications for Boston’s season.

Hear what Abraham had to say in the video above.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
