The New York Yankees’ starting rotation was a question mark heading into the 2014 season.
C.C. Sabathia lost a lot of weight in the offseason, Michael Pineda entered the season healthy after a strong finish to the 2013 campaign and major free-agent signing Masahiro Tanaka is adjusting to life in a new league and nation.
As the Yankees search for consistency from the rotation, they will send Hiroki Kuroda to the mound for Saturday’s game against the Red Sox in the Bronx. Boston will start John Lackey.
