David Ortiz: Next Time Price Hits Me ‘He Better Bring The Gloves’ (Video)

To say David Ortiz was not happy about the way things unfolded in Friday night’s Boston Red Sox-Tampa Bay Rays matchup at Fenway Park is an understatement.

During Ortiz’s first at-bat in the first inning, he was hit by a pitch from Rays ace David Price, which prompted shouting from the slugger that almost ignited another brawl and resulted in warnings to both dugouts.

Big Papi was fuming in the locker room after the game, saying that it was “war” and that he no longer had respect for Price. Price was unapologetic.

Check out what Ortiz and Price had to say in the video above.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
