Jake Peavy Vents About MLB Replay System After Red Sox’s Loss (Video)

The Boston Red Sox expressed their frustration over the controversial replay call during the first game of Thursday’s doubleheader against the Tampa Bay Rays, but perhaps no one was more annoyed than starter Jake Peavy.

Dustin Pedroia slid into home with the Rays up 2-1, and the umpire ruled him out on a very close call. Red Sox manager John Farrell unsuccessfully challenged the call, but had he won, Peavy could have had a no-decision rather than a loss.

Check out what Peavy had to say about the MLB instant replay system in the video above.

Aetna Strike Out Homeless

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
