The Boston Red Sox have struggled against the Texas Rangers in the past, and Friday night’s 8-0, one-hit loss was no different.
The struggle actually dates back five seasons, with the Sox carrying a 16-31 record against the Rangers since 2009. There seems to be no particular reason for the deficit other than the fact that something about Arlington makes the Sox fail to put together complete games. It doesn’t help that the Rangers have been a great team in recent years, either.
