Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz keeps reminding everyone just how special of a hitter he truly is.
Big Papi joined elite company Saturday night, as he launched his 400th home run of a member of the Red Sox, becoming just the third player to hit 400 or more blasts with Boston. Ted Williams leads the pack with 521 homers while fellow Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski trails him with 452.
But Ortiz wasn’t done there. He added No. 401 in the fifth inning en route to powering Boston past the Houston Astros 10-7.
