The biggest name in trade talks since last July, Roy Halladay still belongs to the Toronto Blue Jays.

That doesn't mean other teams aren't trying, as an early report on Thursday has the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Philadelphia Phillies leading the chase for Halladay.

According to FoxSports.com, the Phillies are offering a package to Toronto that includes J.A. Happ and one of two outfielding prospects in Domonic Brown or Michael Taylor. The New York Daily News adds that one source said not to rule out the possibility of the Phillies' including Cole Hamels in a deal.

The Angels, meanwhile, have offered left-handed pitcher Joe Saunders, shortstop Erick Aybar and outfield prospect Peter Bourjos, according to the Toronto Sun.
