Drew Brees Shakes Off Awkward Oprah Moment With Trot Through Mardi Gras

Oprah’s words can impact even the toughest of football players.

The world’s most powerful woman nearly knocked Drew Brees, the Super Bowl MVP, off his high horse on Friday afternoon when she tried to wipe his birthmark off his face. So Brees regrouped over the weekend and saddled old Trigger in Sunday’s Bacchus Mardi Gras in New Orleans to try to shake any embarrassment.
