Paul Pierce Practices Saturday, Expects to Play Sunday Against Magic

Celtics captain Paul Pierce is planning on battling through his left foot sprain and helping the C's take on the Magic Sunday afternoon in Boston.

Pierce participated in practice on Saturday and told WEEI.com that his staus is "not quite one-hundred percent but it’s good enough for me to play."

"I think it’s my decision," Pierce added. "[Head coach Doc Rivers] asked me if I could play tomorrow and I told him yeah. I got out there and did some of the drills we had going on today."

Pierce was injured earlier this week and missed Boston's last two games.
