Bruins Continue Trend, Fall to Panthers After Dominating Devils And the trend wears on.

The Bruins, who have become the masters of winning one then losing one (or, if you prefer, winning on the road then falling flat at home), fell 1-0 to the lowly Panthers on Thursday night, just two days after posting a huge overtime road win over New Jersey.

Tuukka Rask was awarded the 7th Player Award in a pregame ceremony, but 7:15 later, he allowed the lone goal of the game to Keith Ballard. Rask finished with 19 saves on 20 shots.

The Panthers’ Scott Clemmensen earned his first shutout of the season, saving all 36 of Boston’s shots.
