Patching Up Underachieving Bullpen Should Be a Top Priority for Red Sox in Offseason The Red Sox are likely to re-tool a few facets of their roster this offseason, but it's safe to assume they'll start with the bullpen.

The Boston Globe's Nick Cafardo was on Tuesday's premiere of Red Sox Hot Stove Live and he said that he feels the Sox must make re-tooling an inconsistent bullpen their priority this offseason.

NESN Red Sox play-by-play man Don Orsillo acknowledged that the 'pen could use some work but he feels that re-signing catcher Victor Martinez should be the club's No. 1 priority. Orsillo said that if the Sox can re-sign the veteran catcher, other things will likely fall into place.
