Vote: What Grade Would You Give the Bruins at the Halfway Point of the Season? The Bruins picked up one of their biggest wins of the season on Monday night in Pittsburgh — albeit against a Sidney Crosby-less Penguins team.

The win couldn't have come at a better time, however, as the B's were fresh off a heartbreaking defeat in Montreal, where the Black and Gold coughed up a two-goal lead in the third period before falling to the hated Canadiens in overtime.

With the hottest goalie in the game between the pipes, a sniping rookie learning the ropes on the fly and an offense looking to find its rhythm, the Bruins have driven the Garden faithful crazy with inconsistent, yet exciting, performances. They stormed out of the gate with seven wins in their first nine games but went on to lose four of five games in one stretch in December. It's basically been that kind of season.

At the halfway point of the roller-coaster season, it's time to dish out some grades. Although the Bruins have been able to take first place in the division, many argue that this team isn't "first-place material."

Now's your chance to sound off.
