The Bruins recently capped a successful six-game road trip in which they outscored their opponents 20-9, but whose goal was the best of them all?
Milan Lucic came up with a huge rebound goal for the Bruins in Vancouver, earning the Bruins a 2-1 lead in front of his hometown crowd. Lucic has been doing especially well working off linemate David Krejci, who set up the play from behind the net. Looch's goal gave the Bruins the edge they needed late in the third period.
Rich Peverley became the first of the Bruins' newcomers to score on Sunday against the Oilers, giving the B's a 3-1 lead with just 53 seconds to play in the second period. Peverley pulled a nifty move in front of goaltender Devan Dubnyk, and tucked the puck into the far corner for the score.
Nathan Horton has been riding a healthy scoring streak recently, as this is his second-consecutive nomination. Horton opened the scoring for the B's in their final matchup of the six-game road trip in Ottawa, sneaking the puck through in traffic in front of the net.
