Anna Kournikova Replacing Jillian Michaels on NBC's 'The Biggest Loser' Let the jokes begin.

Former tennis star Anna Kournikova is taking over for Jillian Michaels on NBC’s The Biggest Loser, according to New York Magazine.

The Russian beauty made an appearance on a season 10 episode, where she impressed executive producer Todd Lubin. He explained to NYM that her hire is part of a reboot that will see the show “getting slightly away from just the tape measure, and getting into overall well being and health. That’s where Loser needs to go.”

Kournikova stole the tennis spotlight in the late-1990s for her supermodel looks. While in the spotlight, however, she was unable to capitalize on the court, as she finished with a singles record of 219-109 and failed to win a single WTA title. She was ranked as high as No. 8 in the world in November of 2000, but she has just a pair of ITF titles to show for it.

For anyone interested, Kournikova is selling her $9.4 million pad in South Beach, which can be seen here.
