Andy Brickley Says Bruins Must Show Will to Win, B’s Forwards Key to Series

NESN's Andy Brickley has frequently stressed the importance of a will to win, and the Bruins have responded by showing it throughout the entire postseason. Brickley said that the B's will need to show a will to win greater than that of the Canucks in order to win the Stanley Cup.

Responding to Afam from Stoughton's question as part of Game 1's "Ask Brick" segment, Brickley said that in addition to Zdeno Chara and Dennis Seidenberg elevating their game, the Bruins' forwards are the true key to the series.

He said that there needs to be great back-pressure through the neutral zone, as well as a solid forecheck, as the B's try to limit the offensive opportunities that the Sedins, Ryan Kesler and the rest of the potent Canucks offense gets.
