Albert Haynesworth hasn't practiced since the beginning of the month, but he did reappear as a spectator in recent days. He won't be there Tuesday, however, as his sexual abuse trial is set to begin in Washington, D.C.

The Associated Press reports that Haynesworth is due in court on Tuesday, with the speculation that a plea deal could be forthcoming.

Haynesworth has been accused of fondling a waitress' breast at the W Hotel in Washington in February.

He was acquired by the Patriots this summer in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick, but according to head coach Bill Belichick, the defensive lineman remains "day-to-day."
