Lack Of Run Support For Josh Beckett Will Have To End For Red Sox To Dig Out Of Early Hole

Josh Beckett has struggled with run support from the Red Sox lineup this season, for whatever reason. Hopefully he is due for some offensive backup, preferably sooner rather than later.

On Saturday night Beckett will need some help to help dig the Sox out of an early five-run deficit to the Seattle Mariners.

NESN Nation's Nate Hinchey has a couple of ideas about why Beckett may have struggled in the first inning, but is hoping that the Red Sox lineup can claw their way back into it against "King" Felix Hernandez. Check out what Nate has to say in the video above.
