Devin McCourty, Matthew Slater, Jerod Mayo Named Three of Patriots’ Six Captains
According to NESN.com Patriots reporter Jeff Howe, second year cornerback Devin McCourty has been voted by his peers as a captain for the 2011 Patriots.
He reportedly joins Vince Wilfork, Jerod Mayo, Tom Brady, Logan Mankins and Matthew Slater, who was voted as a special teams captain.
