Enough drama for you? There certainly were enough penalties.
The Bruins combined for over 80 penalty minutes, led by team captain Zdeno Chara's 19 minutes and coach Claude Julien's game misconduct late in the third period.
The B's certainly came out fighting in this one, but they didn't come out scoring, falling to the Hurricanes 4-1. Tuukka Rask was strong in goal once again, but the 'Canes won the battle of attrition and knocked in two late goals to make things look worse than they were, on the scoreboard at least.
NESN Nation's Dan Duquette is a little bummed out that these two teams will have until February to cool down before facing off again, but Tuesday night's game was certainly a memorable one.
That's why he's awarding the penalty box NESN Nation's "Full House" player of the game for its best efforts of keeping the game in control.
